Last week our second graders held their Wax Museum and presented information from their biography projects! This project is a combination of a publishing writing unit and a social studies unit where the students are asked to research an influential person. The students chose their influential person and researched their early life, adult life, and greatest accomplishments/contributions. During the Wax Museum, the students were able to present their findings and dress up as the person they chose! It was a lot of fun and our students should be very proud of all their hard work!
